What does ICS do?
ICS (Image Consulting Services, Inc.) is a retail fixture, millwork and signage company, not a personal image consultancy. Since 2001 we have provided full turn-key service for custom fixtures, millwork, signage, graphics and kiosks: design and visualization, fabrication, warehousing and distribution, delivery on our own semi-truck fleet, and installation for retail, medical, food service and entertainment environments.
Do you work nationwide?
Yes. ICS works coast to coast from our base in Cleveland, Ohio, with projects in states including New York, California, Massachusetts, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Missouri and Utah, and in Canada in Markham and Ottawa. We operate our own fleet of semi-trucks, which removes third-party shipping risks, damage and delays so your components arrive safely and on schedule.
Can you install in airports?
Yes. Fully badged ICS installation teams deliver and install fixtures, millwork and displays at airport sites. Our airport projects include BWI, LaGuardia, San Francisco, Pittsburgh, Louis Armstrong New Orleans, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, Boston Logan and Salt Lake City, plus exterior signs and millwork for 3Sixty Duty Free at Newark, Charlotte and Orlando airports, with Ottawa and Houston locations in progress.
Can you store our fixtures and ship them to stores as needed?
Yes. It often makes sense to buy store displays, signage components and other supplies in bulk. ICS can store years' worth of materials in our warehouses and distribute them to your locations as needed. Our staff manages your storage, you avoid signing long-term leases for space, and costs scale according to your needs.
Do you provide renderings before fabrication?
Yes. Through our design and visualization service, ICS provides renderings, animations, technical drawings and designs so you can communicate project ideas to your team. We work closely with you to illustrate your idea and visualize the project from fabrication through delivery and installation, then help take it from concept to reality.
Do you coordinate with our general contractor?
Yes. On projects such as iStore at San Francisco International Airport and Build-A-Bear Workshop at FAO Schwarz, ICS coordinated with the on-site general contractor for deliveries and unloading, then our installation team installed the fixtures, millwork and displays. We also deliver at whatever time of day is best for the site or landlord.
How is delivery handled?
Our blanket-wrapped delivery service is customized to each project. We analyze the job before it leaves to make sure we have the best methods and tools to unload and stage on site quickly and without damage, and we provide photos of all items delivered for verification. The ICS install team then uses its knowledge of the project for efficient, timely setup.
