Since 2001, ICS (Image Consulting Services, Inc.), a retail fixture, millwork and signage company, has designed, built, delivered and installed store environments for national retailers and airport concessions across the United States and Canada. Here are some of the brands we work with.

Build-A-Bear

Build-A-Bear is our primary client, and ICS provides the storefront signage for every new Build-A-Bear location. Our Build-A-Bear work also includes millwork and fixtures for Build-A-Bear Workshop at FAO Schwarz, the Build-A-Bear Bakeshop at Mall of America and the Beachwood, OH store, plus the storefront sign, storefront metal and all millwork and fixtures in Markham, ON. We have also built Build-A-Bear kiosks, BakeShop kiosks, an AMC Theater pop-up shop, and a converted shipping container at Busch Stadium (St. Louis Cardinals) that shipped with its fixtures inside.

Carter's & OshKosh B'gosh

ICS builds storefront signage for Carter's Babies and Kids and OshKosh B'gosh, including illuminated channel letters and illuminated toy block signage for Carter's. For OshKosh B'gosh we have built a custom metal awning designed to resemble overalls with a large illuminated button sign, stamped metal panels with the OshKosh button logo, and metal awnings with valance signage.

3Sixty Duty Free

For 3Sixty Duty Free, ICS provides exterior signs, millwork and cabinetry, and interior light boxes and graphics. We installed 8 new exterior signs at Newark airport in 2025 and signs and millwork at Charlotte and Orlando airports in 2024, and we are currently working on two locations at Ottawa airport and two at Houston airport.

Airport concessions

ICS has built airport stores and kiosks for iStore at San Francisco, Boston Logan and Salt Lake City airports; In Motion Entertainment at San Francisco, Pittsburgh, Louis Armstrong New Orleans and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood airports; Gotham News at LaGuardia Airport; and Mayorga Coffee at BWI Airport. Fully badged ICS installation teams deliver and install the fixtures, millwork and displays on these secure sites.
